Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment. Immediately after receiving your order, we contact our suppliers to begin processing your shipment.

If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your items are in stock and ready for immediate shipment (processing may take up to 3 business days), we will charge your payment method and submit your order for shipment.

Order Shipment

We typically process orders within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order is processed, it may take up to 10 days to arrive if you have selected free shipping. However, you may receive your order much sooner.

You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. The tracking details will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
